Main Initiatives

Since the very beginning of the emergency, BFF has remained available to its clients in Italy and abroad.

We took all the prudential measures to protect the health of our employees, their families and the communities in which we operate. At the same time, we remained fully available to our clients through factoring and credit management services, by granting our high standards in customer care and efficiency.

Furthermore, in line with the recommendations from the Bank of Italy, BFF is sending communications to its clients via e-mail instead of paper. For factoring services, in particular, we are available to our clients, so to find the most efficient and prudential solutions to finalize the agreements.

Furthermore, BFF contributed to the health emergency by sustaining the projects of the Lombardy Region and the Municipality of Madrid. If necessary, our commitment will be immediately renewed to support the other Countries in which we operate.
