Closing of the Public Tender Offer on Magellan S.A. The Polish company joins the Banca Farmafactoring Group
Banca Farmafactoring S.p.A. announces that on 27 May 2016 the Public Tender Offer launched on 8 January 2016 on 100% of Magellan S.A. shares through its Polish subsidiary, was completed.

Magellan, a company listed on the Warsaw stock exchange, is a leading operator in financial services directed at the healthcare sector in Poland, with operations also in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Spain.

As a result of the successful outcome, Magellan joins the Banca Farmafactoring Group and will contribute to bank's strategic guidelines intended to have an increasingly stronger presence on strategic foreign markets, a growing diversification of the client portfolio and a wider offer to group clients.
